What is the return policy?
Food products are non-returnable. Should there be any complains about the quality of the product, they are to be addressed within 30 days of receiving the order through the Customer Service form, including:
- Phone number
- Order number
- Quality issue
- Photos, if needed
When we receive such communication, Caffè Breda Team will contact you in a timely manner.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Bristot roastery is located in Belluno, Italy.
How much does shipping cost?
roducts will be shipped through the delivery service you choose while placing an Order to the address indicated in the Order as follows:
a) STANDARD DELIVERY within 15 days starting from the date of your Order confirmation email
b) EXPRESS DELIVERY within 10 days starting from the date of your Order confirmation email
A shipping fee (USD $9.50) will apply to Standard Delivery Orders under $99 USD.
Orders of 99 USD or more are eligible for free standard delivery.
A shipping fee of $24.99 will apply if you select the EXPRESS Delivery service while placing the purchase Order.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed If the courier is not able to successfully deliver the products it will leave a notice with a phone number to be contacted in Order to arrange a new delivery date.
